The data collection module (FX023-C12RA23) is installed in the hub of the wind turbine to collect vibration signals from piezoelectric sensors which are installed on the blades.
After data conversion, filtering, down-sampling, and other related processing, the vibration signals of blades and the status data of sensors are transmitted to the main control system of the wind turbine through Profibus-DP or CANopen.
The data collection module has functions such as real-time collection of vibration signal, fault data storage, data query and download, and parameter configuration for monitoring the blades' status and analyzing the blades' fault.
Key features: High-level EMC design, high-level lightning protection, ultra military-grade three-proof (waterproof, dustproof, anti-corrosion) treatment process, high-performance ARM processor featuring a quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 with a main frequency of up to 2.0GHz and a 1TOPS computing power NPU. 12-channel 10K sampling data alarm storage, capable of capturing alarm data waveforms, with comprehensive fault location and analysis functions. Supporting external communication via CANopen and Profibus DP.
