FD008 pitch driver is applied in wind turbines from 1.5MW to 3.5MW which have low-voltage AC pitch systems. FD008 series Pitch Drivers, as a core part, adapt the angle of the rotor blades to the wind, optimizing the power of the wind turbine.
The driver features wide power range coverage, high level electromagnetic interference protection, and integrated safety functions. It is especially suitable for environments with high salt spray and/or high humidity, such as offshore wind turbines. Communication is supported via CANopen and/or analog interfaces.
