FD009 pitch driver is applied in wind turbines from 1.5MW to 3.5MW which have low-voltage AC pitch systems. The FD009 series Pitch Drivers, as a core part, adapt the angle of the rotor blades to the wind, optimizing the power of the wind turbine.
The FD009 represents an enhanced generation of pitch driver with improved EMC design and integrated safety functions. It supports CANopen and/or analog communication, and is suitable for demanding environments including offshore installations with high salt spray and high humidity.
